We train every Monday and Friday, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, in Bethnal Green, London E2.
The session starts with the warm-up section, with stretching and series of exercises such as press-ups, sit-ups, squats and leg-cross, alternated with cardio workout (running, skipping, quick stance switching, shadow boxing).
Then the session moves to the technical section: in pairs, students practice various Muay Thai fighting techniques and boxing combinations into pads. Experienced students also spar each other.
The session ends with more stamina and cardio work-out, and some final stretching exercises.
